On entering into the tenancy agreement, the parties must agree on the duration of such an agreement.
If nothing particular is agreed upon, the tenancy agreement is entered into for an unlimited period and may only end by way of termination.
If a specific duration is agreed upon, the tenancy agreement shall end without termination.
However, it may be terminated prior to expiry of the period by way of an extraordinary termination.
